SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

The purchase is personalized and communicated via email for fine details regarding a print.  A contract of sale shall not be concluded until I email you to accept your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and me. 

The buyer pays the sale price by bank transfer, upon making the order (pre-payment).

Once the payment is received the order will go into production. 

Return & Exchange Policy

I draw your attention here to the fact that the product I am supplying to you is made personalized for you, then you have no right to cancellation if you have changed your mind. You are responsible for ensuring that the specifications are correct. You may however return the products that are faulty and get new ones. 

Please note: despite using the latest techniques, the printing process can result in minor surface imperfections or irregularities resulting from the material itself.

In an unlikely event that the goods are defective, you must notify me immediately with the picture and return them to me with the standard, cost-effective shipping I offer) promptly. You must return the goods to me within 7 days after you received the goods. Please ensure the item is packaged appropriately and that it is well protected. Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material.
